Abstract

Then, this rubber elastic material 1c is protruded upward from the disk receiving surface 1g, and is deformable down to the position of the disk receiving surface 1g by being pressed by the disk 3. By this method, a shock between the disk 3 and the disk receiving surface 1g is buffered, and a friction force can necessarily be increased.
