Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フツクを有するフツク部材と、前記フツク
部材に関して回動可能に枢着されたプレート部材
とを備え、前記プレート部材が、通常は前記フツクを閉塞
し、かつ前記フツク部材に関して回転すると節度
感をもつて一定の位置で固定され、前記プレート
部材と前記フツク先端との間に隙間が形成される
ことを特徴とするフツク装置。 (2) 前記フツク部材が相対向する弾性片を有す
る軸受部を備え、前記プレート部材が前記軸受部
に回動可能に嵌合する枢軸を備え、かつ前記枢軸
が前記弾性片の相対向する面に密接する密接部と
、前記面を外向きに圧してその間隔を拡げる拡張
部とを交互に有し、前記プレート部材が前記枢軸
を中心として回転することにより節度感をもつて
一定の位置で固定されることを特徴とする実用新
