部に、特定共振周波数によつてたわみ共振する駆
動足を備えた弾性体からなる駆動子を配置し、こ
の駆動子に、上記駆動足に振動を与える圧電振動
子または電歪振動子を設け、この圧電振動子また
は電歪振動子に所定の周波電圧を印加することに
より、上記駆動足をたわみ振動させてその先端に
楕円運動を起させ、この楕円運動により、駆動足
をロータに接触させて回転力を得ることを特徴と
する超音波振動を利用した回転駆動装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
