Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain bath water properties suitable for bather's physical constitutions and conditions by providing detachable cartridges, containing substances which are dissolved in and acts on bath water, in the route of the circulating water. CONSTITUTION:Substance suitable for bather's physical constitutions and conditions are selected blended and placed in an auxiliary cartridge 14 and a filter cartridge 18. A circulating pump 20 operates to suck bath water through a suction port 9, pass it through a filter cassette 8 and an auxiliary cassette 7, and eject it via a nozzle 6. The substances 18n in the cassette and those 14n in the auxiliary cassette are wetted with the bath water. Since these substances are located in the passage of the circulating water, they are abraded and rubbed by the repeated circulations of the bath water, and therefore are dissolved in and act on the bath water far quicker than those statically submerged in water in a bathtub. As a result, bath water properties are conditions to meet a bather's choice in a shorter time.
