Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A crystalline olefin resin layer and the saponified material layer of polyamide resin or ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer are mutually laminated through an intermediate adhesive resin layer. The mixture of olefinic multielement copolymer in which the copolymerization degree of crystalline olefin copolymer and the unsaturated carboxylic acid ester of alpha,beta-ethylene type in the intermediate adhesive resin is 0.1-50wt.%, and the copolymerization degree of dibasic unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative is 0.05-20wt.%, and the ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin having at least three carbon atoms. is treated and modified in the presence of radical starting agent with unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative. Consequently, a multilayer construction excellent in barrier properties, oil resistance and solvent resistance may be obtained.
