Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly peel and remove the scale on the inside wall surface of a pipe to be cleaned having different diameter parts by putting groups of special small balls into the pipe and impressing a water pressure on one of the groups of these small balls, thereby passing the groups of the small balls approximately along fluid dynamic velocity distribution curves. CONSTITUTION: The many small balls 2 driven with many pins so as to expose heads receive the water pressure and flow approximately along the fluid dynamic velocity distribution curves 4 in the form of lumps in the pipe 3. The small balls 2 which come into contact with the inside wall of the pipe 3 peel the scale of the inside wall of the pipe 3. When the small balls 2 come to the part of the large diameter or small diameter of the pipe 3, the lumps of the small balls change to the velocity distribution curve meeting the pipe diameter and still maintain contact with the inside wall surface of the pipe 3, thereby uniformly peeling the scale sticking to the entire area of the inside wall surface of the pipe 3 is made possible.
