【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] この考案は、自動車特に運転室下方にエンジン
が配置され、かつ吸気ダクトを設置する運転室と
荷台間のスペースが制限されたキヤブオーバ型ト
ラツクに好適なエアクリーナの吸気ダクトに関す
る。

[従来技術] 自動車においては、高温になつたエンジンルー
ム内の空気をエアクリーナに導くとエンジンの性
能が低下するため、寒冷時以外は吸気ダクトによ
り外気を直接エアクリーナに吸込むようにしてい
るが、エアクリーナの吸気音が車室に透過するこ
とによつてこもり音を発生することがあり、この
対策として上記吸気ダクトに吸気音を低減させる
ためのレゾネータを取付けることがある。

レゾネータの設定を可能とする吸気ダクトを提供
することを目的とする。

に、これらの吸気ダクトとレゾネータを両者間に
連結リブを介在せしめて合成樹脂で一体成形した
ことを特徴とする。

なし得るとともに、吸気ダクトを設置する運転室
と荷台間のスペースが制限されたキヤブオーバ型
トラツクへのレゾネータの設定が可能となる。ま
た、全体略コ字形に屈曲形成した吸気ダクトは小
さいスペースでダクト長を比較的長くとれ、限ら
れたスペース内で吸気音低減のための適正長さを
確保するのが容易である。さらに、上記のように
一体化されたレゾネータ付き吸気ダクトは、強度
剛性面でも優れている。

ネータの容積、連通部の連通孔の径および長さが
選定されることは言うまでもない。

トラツクへのレゾネータの設定が可能となる。ま
た、全体略コ字形に屈曲形成した吸気ダクトは小
さいスペースでダクト長を比較的長くでき、限ら
れたスペース内で吸気音低減のための適正長さを
確保するのが容易である。
