端を閉塞するヘツドカバー及びキヤツプ、前記ヘ
ツドカバーを貫通して軸方向に移動可能なラム、
及び前記シリンダチユーブの外側に同軸状に設け
られた外側チユーブを有し、前記シリンダチユー
ブ、ヘツドカバー、キヤツプ、及び外側チユーブ
により囲まれた部分にアンロード室が形成され、
前記ラムが伸長端に達したときに前記シリンダチ
ユーブ内の流体が前記アンロード室内に流入する
ように構成されたラム形シリンダ装置において、
前記外側チユーブは、その内周面の両端部が前記
ヘツドカバー及び前記キヤツプにそれぞれ形成さ
れた円筒状の嵌合部の外周面にシール部材を介し
て外嵌しているとともに、その両端面が前記ヘツ
ドカバー及び前記キヤツプにそれぞれ設けられた
係止突部に当接することによつて軸方向の抜け止
めがなされていることを特徴とするラム形シリン
