    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 化合物半導体の基板と、基板の表面に形成され
    た複数の発光領域と、発光領域にオーミツク接触
    され基板の表面に設けられた電極と、基板の表面
    を覆う絶縁被膜とを有した発光ダイオードアレイ
    において、前記絶縁被膜には基板の非発光領域の
    １部を露出させるための所定形状の透孔が設けら
    れている事を特徴とする発光ダイオードアレイ。
