Abstract

CONSTITUTION:First and second segments 7 and 8 are provided on the peripheral surface of the shaft 6 in a spread shape at a necessary angle theta. The 1st and 2nd segments 7 and 8 transduce the stress of the shaft 6 into the magnetic strains. Then 1st and 2nd coils 9 and 10 transduce the magnetic strains sigma1 and sigma2 of the 1st and 2nd segments 7 and 8 into the variation quantities of inductance. Then an arithmetic means calculates the peripheral stress and axial stress of the shaft.
