OBJECT OF THE INVENTION INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a makeup brush, and particularly to a makeup brush for eyeliner that can use cosmetics containing pigments. BACKGROUND ART Cosmetic brushes equipped with a cosmetic impregnated body are well known;
The cosmetic impregnated body was not self-fused. Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional technology, the cosmetic impregnated body was not self-fused, so when the fiber weight per unit volume (1 cm 3 ) was lowered to around 0.2 g, the holding power of the cosmetic was reduced. The impregnated cosmetic may overflow or the cosmetic may not be supplied uniformly to the tip. Therefore, it is not possible to use highly viscous water-based cosmetics containing pigments, and there is a risk that the water and pigments will separate during storage, making them unsuitable for long-term storage. There are problems such as the required amount of cosmetics may not be supplied to the tips. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, and an object of the present invention is to provide a makeup brush of excellent quality that eliminates the above-mentioned problems. Means for Solving the Constituent Problems of the Invention The present invention involves forming a rod-shaped cosmetic-impregnated body having a fiber weight of about 0.2 g per unit volume by self-fusing synthetic fibers with a solvent, and The cosmetic material is impregnated with an aqueous cosmetic material mainly composed of pigments, and the tip connected to the cosmetic material-impregnated body is made of a continuous porous material. Effect Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to impregnate a large amount of water-based cosmetics in comparison with the conventional technology of the same volume, and thereby, the water-based cosmetics can be impregnated into the tips of the tips during use. It becomes possible to enrich the supply amount. Furthermore, due to self-fusion of the cosmetic-impregnated body, independent small spaces are formed in the cross section, and in the longitudinal section, the small spaces are independent in the length direction but communicate with each other. Due to the structure, even if the pigment and water separate in each small space, when observing the entire length, the pigment and water are supplied to the tip without separation. It exhibits the unique function of being Examples Examples of the present invention include cosmetic impregnated bodies, aqueous cosmetics,
Each member of the tip and their related structures will be explained in order. The cosmetic-impregnated body is made of appropriately crimped synthetic fibers (for example, acrylic resin fibers, etc.) of 2 to 5 deniers and cyclic tetra methylene sulfone.
Self-fusion is performed using a solvent based on [C 4 H 8 O 2 S] (for example, Bondren A manufactured by Shell Oil Company). To give an overview of self-fusion means using a solvent, a solvent is attached to fibers and heated to activate the solvent, thereby increasing the dissolving power of the solvent to the fibers. The fibers are spot bonded at the points of contact and the solvent then evaporates. The solvent does not cause any chemical changes to the fibers at room temperature, but has a strong dissolving power at the activation temperature, and is effective for cleaning highly crystalline fibers (in addition to the acrylic resin fibers mentioned above, modacrylic fibers, cellulose fibers, some types of PVC fibers, etc.) penetrates quickly.
Specifically, a synthetic fiber vat loaded with a solvent is passed through an oven on a moving metal grid to activate the solvent. Ovens are typically drying tunnels into which air is pumped. The temperature of the oven is set between 60 and 200°C depending on the type of fiber, the thickness and length of the product, etc., and the air flow rate is set so that the fleece will be stiffened by air. The fleece placed in the oven should reach the activation temperature of the solvent as quickly as possible, but lightweight fleece (75
g/m 2 ), the average residence time in the oven is approximately 90 seconds. After the actual bonding zone in the oven, there is a zone where the temperature is gradually lowered to avoid heat-setting (permanent molding) by the metal grid, and this zone is where all the solvent is removed. Let it evaporate. The cosmetic impregnated body weighs around 0.2g (for example, 0.16~
Form into a rod shape with a fiber weight of 0.22g/cm (3rd place). The cosmetic-impregnated body has a honeycomb-like cross-sectional structure in which independent small spaces are formed in the cross section by self-fusion with a solvent, and the small spaces are independent but connected in the longitudinal direction in the vertical section. Even if the fiber weight is around 0.2 g/cm 3 , the cosmetic retention power is improved. When using the obtained cosmetic impregnated body to assemble a makeup brush, wrap the entire circumference with a thin film (e.g., cellophane paper, vinyl chloride film, etc.), and attach a tip or guide core to one end. In some cases, the cap is fitted with a cap with holes for mounting, and a cap with ventilation holes is placed on the opposite end, and then the cap is installed inside the shaft cylinder, and in other cases, it is installed directly into the shaft cylinder without using any of these exterior materials. . Furthermore, an air flow passage may be formed over the entire length on the circumferential surface or inside the cosmetic-impregnated body, and then installed in the shaft cylinder. Aqueous cosmetics are water-based cosmetics mainly containing pigments with an average particle size of about 10 microns or less, which are impregnated into a cosmetic-impregnated body and transferred to the tips of the tips by capillary action with or without an inductor wick. Since the cosmetic retention ability of the cosmetic-impregnated body has been improved, a relatively high viscosity of 3.5 to 5 centipoise or more at 25° C. can be used as an aqueous cosmetic by impregnating the cosmetic-impregnated body. The tip may be molded from a soft synthetic resin with open pores, or it may be molded from a bundle of thermoplastic synthetic fibers. The former, which is a continuous porous material, is a bullet-shaped hollow body whose entire surface is an ink oozing surface, and is used by fitting the conical tip of the guide core into the tip with rubber-like elasticity. . As the material for the tip, it is possible to use urethane resin with open pores. The latter of the synthetic fiber bundles is made by binding vertically aligned nylon resin fibers with urethane resin, forming them into a narrow rod, finishing one end into a conical shape, and forming a tip with countless minute interconnecting voids inside. . Induction cores may or may not be used, and when used, they are made of low-density thin rods made of vertically aligned synthetic fibers that are loosely bound together with a synthetic resin liquid to form countless microscopic interconnecting voids inside. One end of this is finished into a conical shape. Next, the related structure of each of the above members, that is, the specific structure of the makeup brush will be explained. In the first example, a rod-shaped cosmetic-impregnated body 5 with or without an exterior material (in detail, in the case of thin films 5a and 5b) is fitted into a barrel 1, and a tip 6 (in detail) is attached to the tip of the barrel. is constructed by attaching the tip 6a of the synthetic fiber bundle, connecting the two, and fitting the tail plug 2 to the base end of the shaft tube 1.The shaft tube 1 is configured by attaching the tip 6a of the synthetic fiber bundle to the base end of the shaft tube 1. A ventilation hole 3 is drilled in the section), and the tail plug 2 is fitted as necessary.In addition, the tip 6 is attached to the neck seat 4, and the neck seat is fitted to the shaft tube 1. can be assembled.
The second example is assembled by attaching the tip 6 (specifically, the tip 6b made of porous soft synthetic resin) to the tip of the shaft tube 1, and fitting the conical tip of the guide core 7 inside the tip. I can do it. Note that the configuration of the barrel 1 itself, the necessity of the tail plug 2, etc. are the same as in the first example.
The cosmetic-impregnated body 5 may be impregnated with the aqueous cosmetic before or after the impregnated body is fitted into the barrel, but the exterior material 5a of the cosmetic-impregnated body,
5b, and the ease of assembly. The results of comparison between the product of the present invention and the prior art product will be described. (1) Comparison of the amount of aqueous cosmetic impregnated in the cosmetic-impregnated body, dimensions Inventive product φ5.5-φ5.4-90-4.5 g/m Conventional technology product φ5.6-φ5.5-92-6.5 g/m m Structure: Product of the present invention: The entire circumferential surface of the acrylic resin fiber was wrapped with cellophane paper, and an air flow path extending over the entire length was provided on the circumferential surface.
