Claims (1)
- 電圧印加に応じて発光を呈する発光層に一層以
上の絶縁層を積層した積層構造体を透明電極と背
面電極間に介設して成る薄膜ＥＬ素子において、
前記絶縁層は前記透明電極又は発光層である下地
材側に黒化抑止層を設けたことを特徴とする薄膜
ＥＬ素子。
