Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a beautiful coloring of felt sheet made of an inorganic fiber with a little amount of paint and to enable a low cost and efficient color processing by applying an emulsion paint to the surface of the sheet after agitating and foaming that paint. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion paint is applied to the surface of an inorganic fiber such as glass fiber after being agitated and foamed. As the paint does not permeate into the void between fibers, a beautiful coloring without nonuniformity is possible with a little amount of paint, and further a drying time is shortened. A low cost and efficient color processing is possible as a result.
