Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity and reproducibility by independently controlling the amount of resin coating fluids of different colors supplied and the amount of a gas sent to spray nozzles with the respective gas pressures and controlling valves. CONSTITUTION:Resin coating fluids R1-R3 of different colors are supplied form pressure tanks 6a-6c, where the resin coating fluids are stored, through lines 8a-8c, for press feed of resins, to resin nozzles 14a-14c in spray nozzles 13a-13c, by means of gas pressure applied to the tanks. In this apparatus, the amount of each resin coating fluid supplied is controlled by controlling the pressure of each pressure tank and controlling the extent to which each of resin flow-controlling valves 11a-11c is opened. Further, a hardener for the resins is introduced from supplying lines 16a-16c into the lines for press feed of resins. Furthermore, a gas is jetted from gas nozzles 33a-33c, each having an orifice surrounding the outer periphery of the corresponding resin nozzle. The amount of the gas jetted can be varied by controlling the gas pressure and controlling the extent to which each of gas flow-controlling valves 31a-31c is opened, said valves 31a-31c being provided in lines 30a-30c for press feed of gas.
