図において、1は外部から入射する高エネルギ
ー粒子、2は半導体素子、3はカウンター、4は
電源電圧制御回路、5は制御装置、6はエネルギ
ーレベル調節用遮へい材、7は粒子侵入防止用遮
へい材である。なお各図中同一符号は、同一また
は相当部分を示す。

は、この半導体素子を初期状態に復帰させるため
の信号を、また上記電源電圧制御回路に対しては
半導体素子の電源電圧を何ボルトに設定するかを
指示するための信号をそれぞれ与える制御装置と
