Abstract

PURPOSE:To replenish a shortage of supplied fuel due to a vapor lock as well as to aim at improvement in startability by setting the driving time of a start injector in response to engine temperature at the time of starting when the engine temperature is more than the specified one. CONSTITUTION:Each detected value out of a throttle sensor 13, an air flow meter 14, an ignition coil 17 and a fuel temperature sensor 7a is inputted into a control circuit 10 which controls an injector 3 and a start injector 6, spraying fuel into an internal combustion engine 8. Fuel out of a fuel pump 2 is fed to a delivery pipe 5 via a check valve 2c and a pulsation damper 9. This deliv ery pipe 5 is interconnected to a fuel pressure regulating valve and simultaneous ly interconnected to the injector 3 and the start injector 6. The control circuit 10, at the time of starting, controls the start injector 6 so as to become the higher in fuel temperature, the longer in valve opening time, till it reaches complete explosion.
