Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a product having complicated shape according to each kind of use at low cost by alloying two or more kinds of coarse raw material powders having the specific average particle size, making fine powder, adding and mixing organic binder and executing injection for compacting. CONSTITUTION:By alloying the coarse raw material powders of two or more kinds of metals having >=10mu average particle size of at least one kind in them under suitably selecting conditions, such as number of revolutions, treating time, for attritor mill of high energy ball-mill, they are made to the fine alloy powder having <10mu average particle size. After adding and mixing the organic binder to this alloy powder, the injection for compacting is executed and the de-binder treatment and sintering are executed to make the desired product. By this method, the injection for compacting can be executed to the alloy powder having the optional composition by using every kinds of metal (containing alloy) powders to obtain the product having the complicated shape.
