【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が上ケースと下ケースとの間に挾持さ
れ、他端が、上ケース及び下ケース間に移動可能
に配置された上方及び下方プレート間に挾持され
たダイアフラムを有するダイアフラム装置におい
て、ダイアフラムの他端に、上方及び下方プレー
トの少なくとも一方側に突出するように形成され
た突起部を設けたことを特徴とするダイアフラム
装置。 (2) 前記ダイアフラムの突起部が下プレートの
端部を覆うように折り曲げられていることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のダ
イアフラム装置。 (3) 前記ダイアフラムの突起部が上プレート及
び下プレートの端部を覆うように折り曲げられて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
