Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve electric corrosion resistance of pipes for a heat exchanger by forming an inner surface anti-corrosion coating film, which uses synthetic resin coating material having weight ratio of pigment content against resin solid content in a range of 3 to 10. CONSTITUTION: An appointed coolant liquid flows through a heat exchanger and an anti-corrosion coating film is coated on the inner surface of copper alloy pipe used as heat exchanger pipe of a heat exchanger. The inner surface anti-corrosion coating film uses a synthetic resin coating material which so increases the pigment content as P/B of the pigment content P against the resin solid content B is in a range 3 to 10 in weight ratio. While the P/B is smaller than 3, an electric corrosion resistance and heat transmission can not be sufficiently improved, and while the P/B is bigger than 10, the pigment dispersion becomes non-uniform and forming of the coating film becomes worse.
