Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A titanium oxide layer (TiO2 film) having a refractive index from 2.2 up to 2.4 and a thickness from 500Angstrom up to 1200Angstrom is arranged at the side of a silver layer having a thickness from 100Angstrom up to 300Angstrom in parallel optically. It is not necessary that the titanium oxide film and the Ag film are provided adjacently to each other. As far as they are arranged in parallel optically, the same function may be held when one side of the titanium oxide film is on one surface of a transparent substrate, the Ag film is on the other side of the substrate and the titanium oxide film is arranged on the Ag film, for example.
