CONSTITUTION:Water introduced with a hydraulic steel pipe 1 is drained to an effluent pool 4 through an inlet valve 2 and a water wheel 3. An output of the water wheel 3 is converted into an electric energy with a dynamotor 5 to be sent to a transmission wire.
