Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the titled equipment smaller while enabling great quantities of nitrogen gas to be used in a short time, by suctioning, using a compressor, the nitrogen gas separated to store it in a cylinder unit and by fitting a nitrogen gas feed pipe with an on-off valve. CONSTITUTION:The nitrogen gas outlet 2 of a nitrogen gas separator 1 and a compressor 3 are connected via a pipe 11 having a check valve 10. The outlet of the compressor 3 and a nitrogen cylinder unit 6 having a number of nitrogen cylinders 5 are connected via a compressed nitrogen gas feed pipe 4, through which a check valve 12, safety valve 13 and on-off valve 14 are inserted. A nitrogen gas feed pipe 8 is provided between the unit 6 and the on-off valve 14 to deliver nitrogen gas to a service instrument 16. This feed pipe 8 is fitted with an on-off valve 7 and a reducing valve 15.
