Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily and efficiently treat crude refuse by pulverizing the crude refuse under pouring of water thereto, passing the pulverized matter through a screen to separate the matter to water and a hydrous material, sending the hydrous material to a drying chamber and drying the hydrous material while blowing hot air thereto. CONSTITUTION: A user opens a cap plate 4, feeds the crude refuse from a hopper 5 into a pulverizing means 6 and turns a switch 19 on to activate the pulverizing means 6 to have the crude refuse pulverized to about 5 to 10 mm. At this time, washing water is poured from a water spraying means 7. The pulverized matter subjected to pulverizing falls from the lower part of the pulverizing means 6 and arrives at a screen means 9. The moisture is discharged through a water flow path 11 to the outside from a drain port 20. On the other hand, the pulverized hydrous material is introduced through a passage 12 into the drying chamber 3 from which the hydrous material falls onto a stocker 14 where the material is accumulated. A housing 2 is internally provided with a hot air means and is formed as the drying chamber 3. The hot air means with a timer is operated to blow the hot air of 60 to 90 deg.C into particularly the stocker 14 of the drying chamber 3 where the hydrous material is dried.
