Claims (1)
- 複数個の受光セルを光源と光結合するように配
置すると共に、各受光セルを直列に接続した受光
素子において、上記受光セルの面積を上記光源か
らの照度に応じて変化させ、各受光セルで発生す
る光電流を略同等にしたことを特徴とする受光素
子。
