CONSTITUTION:Clearer 14 is set in the draft zone 2 by holding it with a cradle, while a fiber waste recover 15 for peeling off the waste sticking to the clearer 14 is set to the channel 16 extending above the spinning frame, in the direction parallel so that the recover can move freely. The recovering device 15 can directly scrape off the fiber waste from the clearer 14 with the recover 15.
