PURPOSE:To improve the antiabrasion property by making at least the contact surface of a block to pulleys with a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite (C/C composite), and coating the contact surface of the pulleys to the block with a ceramics material. CONSTITUTION:At the part of a V-shape block 16 contacting to pulleys 11 and 12, a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite 8 is stuck. The surfaces of the pulleys 11 and 12 contacting to the block 16 are coated with a ceramics (Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4, or the like) 9. In such a way, the antiabrasion property of the block 16 and the pulleys 11 and 12 is improved as well as the friction coefficient between the block 16 and the pulleys 11 and 12 is stabilized at a high level.
