Abstract

PURPOSE:To render electrical combinations between electrodes and electrode- outgoing parts solid and stable as well by laminating a lacquering double-sided metallized film and by metal-spraying end surfaces of the above laminated body with copper-zinc alloys having specific compositions, thereby forming the electrode-outgoing parts. CONSTITUTION:Al electrodes 2 are formed at both surfaces of a polyethylene terephthalate film 1 with a vacuum evaporation process. After that, lacquer film 3 of polycarbonate are formed at both sides of a metallized film, composing a piece of lacquering double-sided metallized film. After laminating these metallized films, electrode-outgoing parts 4 are formed with copper-zinc alloys. the application of the copper-zinc alloys where their composition ratios fall to a range from 5wt.% to 60wt.% to the electrode-outgoing parts renders electrical connections between electrodes and electrode-outgoing parts more stable and solid as well.
