The outside of a carriage 5 of the worm 4 is made into a screw head 6, the worm 4 is rotated by a driver, etc., and then, the worm wheel stand 3 is rotated in the direction of an arrow 8 with a sheet 7 as a center. Thus, the magnetic head 2 goes to an azimuth angle variable.
