CONSTITUTION: A cutter arm 2 expandable and contractile in the diametral direction is provided at a right angle at the end of a rotating shaft 1 which is supported horizontally, a cutter 4 is installed at the head of the arm, a profiling gauge 22 is provided round the rotating shaft 1, and locus of the cutter 4 resulting from rotation of the shaft 1 is regulated by the profiling gauge 22. A guide roller 23 is provided in projection at a support frame 4a of the cutter 4 installed at the head of the cutter arm 2, and a touch sensor 24 is attached to the inner circumferential face of the profiling gauge 22. Then, the structure is constructed so that the rotating shaft 1 of the arm 2 is driven for rotation when the guide roller 23 comes into contact with the touch sensor 24, and expansion and contraction of the arm 2 are controlled with contacting pressure against the profiling gauge 22 detected with a pressure sensor 28.
