Claims (1)
- 第一流路と第二流路の間を開閉する開閉弁にお
いて、第一流路の端部に環状の弁座を形成し、こ
の環状弁座の周囲に、第二流路に連なる環状流路
であつて、第二流路に遠い側が最も浅く、第二流
路にかけて除々に滑らかに深くなる環状通路を形
成し、かつ上記弁座に開閉ダイアフラムを接離可
能に設けたことを特徴とする開閉弁。
