Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the thickness of a conductor pattern and obtain a laminated inductor with a low conductor resistance, i.e. a high Q-value by a method wherein, when a half turn of a conductor pattern is printed, a half turn of a conductor pattern formed beforehand is printed twice and, further, the width of the joint part is widened. CONSTITUTION:First, conductor patterns 21 and 31 are formed on a magnetic substance layer 11. The pattern 31 is approximately twice as wide as the pattern 21. Then a magnetic substance layer 12 is applied to the part of the magnetic substance layer 11 where the pattern 31 is formed. A conductor pattern 22 is printed on the layer 12. At that time, the end of the pattern 22 is extended onto the magnetic substance layer 11 to be jointed with the pattern 21 and so formed as to overlap almost all the surface of the pattern 21. Then a magnetic substance layer 13 is applied and, like described above, a conductor pattern 23 is printed so as to overlap the pattern 22. A widened part 33 is formed at the joint part. Then a magnetic substance layer 14 and a conductor pattern 24 are formed in the same way as the previous process.
