Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光フアイバを所定位置に固定するクランプ
と、固定された光フアイバの心線に初期傷を付与
する初期傷付与手段と、心線に曲げ力を加えて初
期傷の位置から破断させる曲げ手段とを有する光
フアイバ切断装置において、前記初期傷付与手段
を、２つ以上の火花放電用の電極と各電極への電
圧印加手段とで構成したことを特徴とする光フア
イバ切断装置。 (2) 前記電極は、光フアイバ心線の外側に対向
して一対配置され、心線の断面方向に移動可能で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の光
フアイバ切断装置。 (3) 前記電極が光フアイバ心線の周囲に等間隔
で３本配置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項に記載の光フアイバ切断装置。 (4) 前記電圧印加手段が圧電素子である実用新
