Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which has no anxiety for back smell generation, growth of microorganisms and scorching caused by heat treatment by adding a specific condensed phosphate salt such as crystals of sodium pyrophosphate to fish oil or soybean oil. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing fish oil, soybean oil or whale oil or their processed oil is treated with at least one selected from condensed phosphate salts such as crystalline sodium pyrophosphate, anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate, preferably in an amount of 0.01-0.50wt.% to give the subject composition.
