Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the power load in controlling a midnight power load so that it may be made as large as possible by installing a centralized controller at the center with a central processing unit computing a command for the start of power conduction to the heating device of a warm water supplier using the midnight power and installed at each house. CONSTITUTION:When the time is in time zone of midnight power, a required time for power conduction, the start time of power conduction, a boil-up temp., etc., are computed by the microcomputer controller 6 of a warm water supplier 9 using the midnight power and installed at each house and its computed results are sent to the centralized controller 15 at the center from the controller 6. The controller 15 estimates a power load curve of the day from the data such as a season, a day of the week, outside meteorological condition, etc., by the use of a central processing unit 14. The start time of power conduction to the supplier 9 at each house to make the minimum power load as large as possible is computed by the unit 14 and the computed start time of power conduction is delivered to the supplier 9 at each house. The supplier 9 at each house turns on a heating device and turn off a heating device when a set temp. is reached.
