Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an antiulcer agent containing novel nucleotides consisting of phosphoric acid ester of 3'-deoxy-3'-fluoronucleoxide derivative as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:Nucleotides consisting of phosphoric acid ester of 3'-deoxy-3''- fluoronucleoxide derivative expressed by the formula (B is residue of nucleic acid bases) or salt thereof are blended as active ingredients to provide the aimed antiulcer agent. The compound expressed by the formula is obtained using furanosyl halide or 1-0-acylated sugar as a raw material through fluorination process according to a conventional nucleotide synthetic method. Phosphorylation method for synthesizing a nucleotide from a nucleoxide is carried out after properly protecting function group thereof according to a conventional method by using a phosphorylating agent such as 0- chlorophenylphosphorodichlorodate. The nucleotide derivative includes e.g. 3'- deoxy-3''-fluoroadenosine-5'-cyclooctanylphosphate.
