Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A first comparator 8 and a second comparator 10 compare each setting range 9, 11 and a speed error signal, and transmit signals over a resetting means 12. The resetting means 12 resets a phase reference on first keeping within the second setting range after deviation from the first setting range of a speed error on the basis of the signals from the two comparators 8, 10. The reset is shifted so that the phase of a reference signal generated from the phase reference 5 is conformed to the phase of a phase comparison signal at that time. The setting ranges 9, 11 are set so that the setting means 12 is operated on the lead-in of a speed system and is not worked on stationary time.
