Claims (1)
弁が実質的に全閉であることを検出する手段と、
外気温を検出する手段と、上記スロツトル弁が実
質的に全閉であり、かつエンジン回転数が燃料カ
ツト回転数以上のとき、燃料供給機構の作動を停
止させる燃料カツト手段とを備え、上記燃料カツ
ト手段は、外気温が所定値よりも低いとき、上記
燃料カツト回転数を高めて上記燃料供給機構の作
動停止の頻度を減少させ、あるいは上記燃料供給
機構の作動停止を禁止することを特徴とする内燃
