【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、荷役機械等を装備した車輌の安定性
を向上させるためのアウトリガ装置に関するもの
である。

ツキシリンダ5を当該内筒4の上側面から上方へ
突出しないようにして垂設した内筒4とからなり
前記外筒1は、その外端部内側上部に前記内筒4
の上側面に対向する支承部7を備え且つ前記外筒
1に対して内筒4が伸長した状態において前記内
筒4の基端部における内筒4上側面に対向する上
部ローラ2を備えており、且つその下側板8の外
端部が切り欠かれており、外筒1に対して内筒4
を完全に縮小した状態では、前記ジヤツキシリン
ダ5が外筒1における前記支承部7の下方位置に
位置するよう構成している。そして外筒1には、
外筒1に対して内筒4を完全に縮小した状態にお
けるジヤツキシリンダ6の内側(内筒4の基端寄
り)近傍の内筒4下側面を支承する下部ローラー
3を設け、このローラー3により内筒4の重量を
支承するようにしている。しかしながらこのよう
な従来構成にあつては、内筒4の外筒1に対する
伸長量を確保するため、上部ローラ2と下部ロー
ラ3との距離l′が小さくなつており、これがため
内筒4張り出し時に上部ローラ2および下部ロー
ラ33に作用する力が増大して内筒4の張り出し
引き込みに要する操作力が大きいという欠点があ
つた。

り欠かれており、外筒に対して内筒を完全に縮小
した状態では前記ジヤツキシリンダが外筒におけ
る前記支承部の下方位置に位置しうるよう構成し
たアウトリガ装置において、前記内筒は、当該内
筒の伸縮方向に沿う下側面を前記ジヤツキシリン
ダの両側方位置まで延出させており、前記外筒に
は、当該外筒内に内筒が完全に縮小した状態にお
いて、前記内筒の下側面におけるジヤツキシリン
ダの両側方位を夫々支承する如き位置関係をもつ
て下部ローラを配置してあることを特徴とするよ
う構成したものである。

それだけ、各ローラ2,3の寿命が長くなるとい
う利点をも有している。
