Abstract

PURPOSE:To provided paper by which thermal processing of high sensitivity and high resolution can be performed without generation of flaws and wrinkles, by a method wherein in a multilayer film structured material in which a processing base layer is provided on a surface of the multilayer film on both surface of a peeling layer of which function layers are laminated, the function layer is composed of a thermo plastic resin layer having specific physical properties. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer film prepared by laminating a function layer of 0.5-0.18mum in thickness having characteristics at least 75kg/mm<2> in tensile elastic modulus, at least 30% in heating contraction coefficient, and at least 75g/mm<2> in heating stress value on both faces of the function layer, formed by coextrusion or codrawing of peeling layer forming thermoplastic resin and function layer forming thermoplastic resin. Then, a processing base layer is laminated on one side face or both faces of this multilayer film in contact with said function layer. As the thermo plastic resin for forming the function layer, copolymer polyester resin, polymide resin ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, etc., are mentioned.
