Therefore, single adjustment of a load cell 4a and a computing section 4b is enough with both pulleys 2 and 3 and a tension measuring means 4 carried on the support base 1. This requires no further adjustment for setting regardless of setting point of the equipment and simplifies mounting work of a measuring device thereby enabling highly accurate measurement.
