CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconducting material 1 is laminated on a ceramic fiber 2 to obtain a superconductive material with a wire rod shape from the first. The ceramic fiber 2 is continuously moved in a silica tube fed with N2 gas and heated from the outside of the silica tube, on the other hand aqueous solutions of Ba(NO3)2, Y(NO3)2, and Cu(NO3)2 are put in separate containers respectively, N gas is sprayed into these aqueous solutions by the preset quantity, the N2 gas is accompanied by Ba(NO3)2, Y(NO3)2. and Cu(NO3)2, the mixed gas is introduced into the silica tube and thermally decomposed, layers made of Y, Ba, Cu, O are laminated on the ceramic fiber 2, and this wire rod is heat-treated in the O2 atmosphere. A wire rod of the oxide superconducting material is thereby obtained easily.
