Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a project executing schedule with high efficiency by deciding the number of days required for a key job with which the total number of days is decided for each job group and then deciding said total number of days required tentatively. CONSTITUTION:A table initialization part 1 produces a job table 7 based on the quantity and the hardness of each job. A rough schedule production part 2 decides the number of days required for each process for a key job having the maximum product between the quantity and the hardness of each job forming a relevant job group for each job based on the contents of the table 7. Then said decided number of days required is defined as the number of days required for each job to produce a rough schedule table 8. While a detailed schedule production part 3 fetches the efficiencies of the personnel required out of a personnel table 9 against the contents of the table 8. Then the part 3 produces a personnel-based job table 10 based on said personnel efficiencies as well as the personnel efficiencies for execution of each process and a term that can allocate the corresponding personnel.
