Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve tearing strength while keeping ply separation strength, by a method wherein a metallic thin film processed oriented film layer is bonded to a perforated film, having specified thickness and porosity, by a bonding layer, applied on the whole surface of the oriented film layer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin film processed oriented film layer 4 and a heat seal layer 5a are laminated on both sides of a perforated film layer 1. The perforated film layer 1 is formed so as to have the thickness of 0.02-0.50mm and the porosity of 15-75% and the metallic thin film processed oriented film layer 4 is laminated through a bonding layer 9, applied on the whole surface thereof. The heat seal layer 5a is integrated with the perforated film 1 through the perforated parts 8 of the perforated film 1 and is laminated directly or indirectly through the bonding layer 9 applied on the part of 10-80% of the whole surface thereof. According to this method, a packaging material for a sensitized substance, which is excellent in front and rear discriminating property, electrical charging preventing property, moisture preventing property and the like, reduced in curling, high in tearing strength and strength against impact perforation and large in ply separation strength, may be obtained.
