Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A calculation object system preparing section 8 separates data of stoppage object facility in a stoppage object facility data preserving section 3 from the data in an operating day system data preserving section 7, then feed base system data to a calculation object system preserving section 9 to execute power flow calculation through a stoppage regulation calculating section 10 and check occurrence of overload. Upon occurrence of overload, overload data are fed together with stopped facility data to a stoppage regulation calculation result preserving section 12. If overload does not occur, the preparing section 8 separates data of imaginary fault facility in the preserving section 5, then occurrence of overload is checked in the calculating section 10 and fed to the preserving section 12. The result thus obtained is fed from a calculation result edditing section 13 through a man machine device 1 to an operator.
