プを介して、この取付部材を車体外板等の基材に
取付けるようにした部材取付構造において、前記
クリツプを、前記取付部材の裏面に掛止される金
属クリツプ部と、この金属クリツプ部に嵌着され
、かつ前記基材に穿設した取付孔に嵌着される樹
脂クリツプ部とで構成し、この樹脂クリツプ部と
前記金属クリツプ部を嵌着して一体化したクリツ
プを介して前記取付部材を基材に取付けるように
