Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a highly reliable heat insulating pipe which maintains early heat insulating property by sealing with anti-leaking material the entire circumferential surface of a heat insulating pipe in order to fit in with the inner and outer circumferences of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A tubular heat insulating layer 1 may be any one of fibrous, powdered or foam-foaming or sintered forms of aluminum oxides or sintered forms of a mixture thereof.
