Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain metal fine powder having excellent electric and magnetic characteristic by mixing fused bath containing inogarnic metal salt or complex salt and its reducing agent under heating and stirring in a system of quick core forming reaction and quick growing reaction for developing the metal fine powder in the above fused bath. CONSTITUTION:The fused bath containing generally the organic metal salt of chloride, sulfate, etc., or the complex salt, in which contains complexing agent of NH3, etc., and its reducing agent is prepared. As the reducing agent, for example, sodium hypophophite, sodium boron hydroxide, etc., is used. Next, the above fused bath is heated and mixed under stirring or non-heated little quantity of the liquid is mixed with heated much quantity of the other liquid under stirring. By this method, the metal fine powder having the above excellent characteristic is easily obtd. Further, in order to obtain magnetic fine particle of Fe, Ni, Co, etc., by stirring under existence of the magnetic field, the magnetic fine powder having further improved electric and magnetic characteristics are obtd.
