Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformize quality of a complex metal material and to reduce the cost by passing a graphite material forming the projected part on the surface thereof and a steel material through molten copper alloy and filling and solidifying the copper alloy between the graphite material and the steel material. CONSTITUTION:The spiral projected part 12 is formed on the surface of the long graphite material 7 and fitted into the steel material 8 having many holes 11. The fitting body of the graphite material 7 and the steel material 8 is passed through a crucible 1 holding to heat the molten copper alloy 16, and the molten copper alloy 16 is solidified at gap between the projected part 12 and the steel material 8 from the holes 11 of the steel material 8. The graphite material 7 and the steel material 8 are integrately drawn by a drawing device 6 and cut at suitable length. Next, by removing the graphite part 7 except the projected part with cutting, the complex metal material is formed. As the melt-sticking between the steel material 8 and the copper alloy is uniform and the complex metal material is continuously produced, the quality is uniformized and the cost is reduced.
