Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber reinforced resin rod having high strength, by winding a fibrous material impregnated with a resin and forming an outer cylinder over the range from the outer circumferential face of a core material to the outer circumferential face of the base end side of a fixing member while the fibrous material impregnated with the resin is being rewound by hanging it on a rack part of the fixing member. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 16 is formed in roughly cylindrical shape with one or more wound layer which has been cross-wise wound in a stretched state until a specific thickness is obtained in such a way that the wound angle of a fibrous material 17 becomes close to zero degree to the central axis O-O by using such a means as a filament winding method and so on. Said fibrous material 17 is rewound by hanging it on one or a plurality of rack parts 13 of each fixing member 12 so as to form a rewinding part 16A on both end sides of the axial direction of the outer cylinder 16 when this cross-winding is carried out. Each fixing member 12 is strongly made in a body on both end sides of the axial direction of a core material. As the fibrous material 17, carbon fibers, glass fibers and the like are used and as the resin for impregnation, epoxy resins, polyester resins and such having both thermosetting property and adhesive property are used.
