PURPOSE:To provide an effective guidance of dripped oil into an oil reservoir and recover the oil by a method wherein a groove is provided in an oil passage and a oil guide curved outward toward the oil reseroir is arranged at the groove. CONSTITUTION:As a pulling strap 14 is pulled to cause a shutter 7 to be released and at the same time a cooperating switch 17 is turned on and an electric motor 2 is rotated. A vane 3 is rotated together with a rotation of the electric motor 2 to cause polluted air to be discharged out of a room. At this time, oil 9 and the like contained in the polluted air are adhered to the vane 3 and flown to a fan guide 13 under a centrifugal force, then the oil and the like are dripped along a fan guide 13. The dripped oil 9 is accumulated in a groove end surface 15 and dripped from it, and then recovered into the oil reservoir 13. The oil 9 flowing along the groove end surface 15 is prevented from flowing by an oil guide 11 which is divided into two sections and dripped into the oil reservoir 5.
